Mindful Meditation: The Basics

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until December 30, 2019
Join us for an evening meditation break led by Dr. David George. This event is free and open to all. Class is in the Church Health Chapel, located on the first floor of Crosstown Concourse between the West and Central atria.
This meditation session meets each Monday from 6:30-7 p.m.
Dr. David George is an Infectious Disease Physician who has been practicing in the Memphis area for nearly three decades. For the past 15 years, he has been practicing mindful meditation, and he is enthusiastic about helping others to enjoy the benefits that he has seen mindfulness make in his daily life.
