This nine-week, mat-based Stott Pilates series is for teens 13 and up and adults. We use small and large equipment to enhance the experience of our students. Special attention is paid to the needs of individuals within the group setting. We mainly practice in socks or with bare feet. Please bring tennis shoes to fully participate in the class component that infuses cardio and balance.
Classes are each Monday, March 19 – May 14 from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
This class is less expensive when purchased as a series, but you may purchase a drop-in ticket.
If you would like to join the class series after it has begun, please email us at to receive a discount code based on the number of classes left in the series. The cost of a drop-in ticket can be applied to the cost of the seris.
Church Health is located at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave. All parking is free. Access Church Health’s Creative Movement Studio on the east side of the Central Atrium. Only YMCA members may enter through the YMCA.
Drop-in tickets are good for one class throughout the series. The date on your ticket may not correspond with the date that you actually attend(ed) class.
