Mixed Level Stott Pilates Circuit – Spring 2018 Series (Morning)

ABOUT THE CLASS
This nine-week, mat-based Stott Pilates series also uses small and large equipment to enhance the experience of our students. Special attention is paid to the needs of individuals within the group setting. We mainly practice in socks or with bare feet. Please bring tennis shoes to fully participate in the class component that infuses cardio and balance.
Classes are each Wednesday, March 21 through May 16, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
This class is less expensive when purchased as a series, but you may purchase a drop-in ticket.
For those needing to join the class series after it has begun, your class instructor will issue a discount based on how many classes are left in the series on the day of your first class. Email us at to receive your discount code.
PARKING AND LOCATION
Church Health is located at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave. All parking is free. Access Church Health’s Creative Movement Studio on the east side of the Central Atrium.
Note for YMCA members: please bring appropriate ID with you to class.
Drop-in tickets are good for one class throughout the series. The date on your ticket may not correspond with the date that you actually attend(ed) class.
