An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, repeating until March 7, 2018
This nine-week, mat-based Stott Pilates series also uses small and large equipment to enhance the experience of our students. Special attention is paid to the needs of individuals within the group setting. We mainly practice in socks or with bare feet. Please bring tennis shoes to fully participate in the class component that infuses cardio and balance.
Classes are each Wednesday, January 10 through March 7, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Church Health is located at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave. All parking is free. Access Church Health’s Creative Movement Studio on the east side of the Central Atrium.
