Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Learn to breathe and move in ways that cultivate a healthy, happy pregnancy.
Strengthen your relationship with your baby on the yoga mat. In this class in the Church Health Creative Movement Studio, you will discover relaxing breathing techniques that lower your heart rate and stress levels. Additionally, you will learn gentle stretches that can reduce the most common pain and aches of pregnancy.
Come learn and discover prenatal yoga and leave with tools that you can use for the remainder of your life!
- $5 for YMCA members and community participants who do NOT need childcare during the workshop
- $20 for community participants utilizing childcare during workshop

About the Instructor
This class will be lead Dori Trenter, a third-year medical student specializing in the field of OBGYN. Dori received her YTT 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Training from Thailand in 2017.
