Energizing Chair Yoga | Fall I 2018

This yoga series is designed for seniors and those with physical limitations. We will use the chair and some floorwork for this class.

The class will help you deepen your understanding of your body from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on breathing, alignment and meditation.

Movin’ & Groovin’ for Kids | Fall I 2018 Series

Designed for boys and girls age 6-12, this high-energy class promotes children’s heart health and creativity.
This series meets each Thursday, Aug. 9 through Oct. 4, 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Parent/Child Creative Movement Class Series | Fall I 2018

This class for children age 2-3 and their parents is designed to reinforce and stimulate developmental patterns. It helps boys and girls develop rhythm, coordination and self-expression.

Open Level Ballet, Ages 6-8 | Fall I 2018

This series for ages 6-8 focuses on ballet technique, includes work at the barre, and incorporates moves to increase strength and flexibility.

Mindful Yoga | Fall I 2018

This yoga class for ages 13 and up is taught by Sharon Thorpe, a Nurse Practitioner at Church Health. It explores body awareness, meditation, and an introduction to breath work through pranayama.
