Classes are each Wednesday, Jan. 9 through March 6, 2019, 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the YMCA Spin Class Room.

Alignment Yoga for Teens & Adults | Winter 2019

January 9 @ 6:30 pm - March 6 @ 7:30 pm

This mixed-level class is for beginners and for students who practice yoga regularly, age 13 to adult. The class will help you deepen your understanding of your body from the inside out.

Mindful Yoga | Winter 2019

January 13 @ 4:00 pm - March 10 @ 5:00 pm

This yoga class for ages 13 and up is taught by Sharon Thorpe, a Nurse Practitioner at Church Health. It explores body awareness, meditation, and an introduction to breath work through pranayama.
