The class will help you deepen your understanding of your body from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on breathing, alignment and meditation.
This class series is designed to reinforce and stimulate the developmental patterns of children. It helps boys and girls develop rhythm, coordination and self expression. Open to ages 4-5.
This eight-week series for boys and girls age 6-12 focuses on ballet technique, includes work at the barre, and incorporates moves to increase strength and flexibility.
This yoga class for ages 13 and up is taught by Sharon Thorpe, a Nurse Practitioner at Church Health. It explores body awareness, meditation, and an introduction to breath work through pranayama.
This free Feldenkrais Workshop is presented to the community for free by Church Health. Registration is required. Dress in comfortable clothes. We will have mats and chairs available. You will be in a variety of postures in class, including standing.

March's class celebrates traditional dishes of Passover: matzo ball soup and charoset. TI clergy will lead a discussion, followed by a hands-on, mini cooking class with the Church Health Nutrition team.
