Designed for boys and girls age 6-12, this high-energy class promotes children’s heart health and creativity.

This yoga series is designed for seniors and those with physical limitations. We will use the chair and some floorwork for this class. Classes are each Monday, June 3 - July 29, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Class will not meet on Monday, June 10.

The Well, Church Health’s family wellness program, will host an open tie dye studio for families on Wednesday, June 26. Admission is $5/family and includes studio space and materials – just bring the items you want to tie dye (shirts, pillow cases, socks, etc.)! This event is FREE for YMCA members and their children!
This meditation group is designed especially for individuals in recovery; open to people with any addiction. This meeting is in the Church Health Chapel, located between the Central and West Atria of Crosstown Concourse. Contact Robert Baldwin at with any questions.
