Movin’ & Groovin’ for Kids | Summer 2019

Designed for boys and girls age 6-12, this high-energy class promotes children’s heart health and creativity.
This class meets each Tuesday, May 28 – July 23, 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Mixed Level Stott Pilates Circuit | Summer 2019 (Morning)

This mat-based Stott Pilates series uses small and large equipment to enhance the experience of our students. Special attention is paid to the needs of individuals within the group setting. Classes are each Wednesday, May 29 – July 24, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Yoga For Children age 4-6 | Summer 2019

Classes are each Wednesday, May 29 – July 24, 2019, from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. Class is held in the YMCA Spin Class Room.

Yoga For Children age 7-12 Series | Summer 2019

May 29 @ 6:00 pm - July 24 @ 6:30 pm

This class for children age 7-12 is designed to increase strength, flexibility, self esteem and positive body image.Classes are each Wednesday, May 29 – July 24, 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the YMCA Spin Class Room.

Alignment Yoga for Teens & Adults | Summer 2019

May 29 @ 6:30 pm - July 24 @ 7:30 pm

The class will help you deepen your understanding of your body from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on breathing, alignment and meditation. Classes are each Wednesday, May 29 through July 24, 2019, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Parent/Child Creative Movement Class | Summer 2019

June 1 @ 11:00 am - July 27 @ 11:30 am

Classes are each Saturday, June 1 - July 27, 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Class will not meet on July 6 in observance of Independence Day.

Creative Movement | Summer 2019

This class series is designed to reinforce and stimulate the developmental patterns of children. It helps boys and girls develop rhythm, coordination and self expression. Open to ages 4-5. Classes are each Saturday, June 1 - July 27, 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Class will not meet on July 6 in observance of Independence Day.

Open Level Ballet | Summer 2019

June 1 @ 12:00 pm - July 27 @ 12:45 pm

This eight-week series for boys and girls age 6-12 focuses on ballet technique, includes work at the barre, and incorporates moves to increase strength and flexibility. Classes are each Saturday, June 1 - July 27, 12 to 12:30 p.m. Class will not meet on July 6 in observance of Independence Day.

Energizing Chair Yoga | Summer 2019

June 3 @ 9:00 am - July 29 @ 10:00 am

This yoga series is designed for seniors and those with physical limitations. We will use the chair and some floorwork for this class. Classes are each Monday, June 3 - July 29, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Class will not meet on Monday, June 10.

Barre Basics Workshop

July 27 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This class focuses on exercises at the ballet barre, incorporating dance technique, to increase strength and flexibility.
