This yoga series is designed for seniors and those with physical limitations. We will use the chair and some floorwork for this class.

This class series is designed to reinforce and stimulate the developmental patterns of children. It helps boys and girls develop rhythm, coordination and self expression. Open to ages 4-5.

Open Level Ballet | Fall II 2019

October 26 @ 12:00 pm - December 14 @ 12:45 pm

This eight-week series for boys and girls age 6-12 focuses on ballet technique, includes work at the barre, and incorporates moves to increase strength and flexibility.
