Hometown: Memphis, TN
Undergrad School / Major: Auburn University / Biomedical Science
I am a recent graduate from Auburn University with a degree in Biomedical Science. While growing up in Memphis, service became a part of my life through the mission trips that took me across the US. During my time in Auburn, I had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic to share my faith and provide clean water to families living outside the capital of Santo Domingo. These last two summers I was able to serve Memphis through my volunteer work with Church Health and an internship with their Referral Department. These experiences have drawn me back to Church Health, and I am very excited to begin working as one of the Clinic Scholars! I am currently studying for the MCAT and plan to take the exam at the end of July, but during my free time, I love to be outside as much as possible. I live close to the Greenline trails in Germantown, and I have spent many hours riding my bike through the beautiful paths that the city has put together. I also like to spend time at Pickwick Lake with friends and family. I have been going to this lake for many years, and some of my favorite memories were made on that water. I am so grateful for the opportunity that Church Health has given me, and I am very eager to form new memories with the people of this great organization.
