|Yoga for Children||Wednesdays
Ages 4-6: 5:30 p.m.
Ages 7-12: 6 p.m.
|4-12 years||Exercise designed to increase flexibility, strength, self-esteem and positive body image|
|Healthy Heart||Thurs. @ 5 p.m.||2-5 years||A fun class where children learn about heart health and physical activity.|
|Track Time||Thursdays @ 5:30 p.m.||6-12 years||A walk and talk class where children can "track" their progress toward goals with staff and peers|
|Personal Best Night||Tuesday, Feb. 4||6-12 years||A monthly fun-filled evening that promotes the importance of physical activity. Show up anytime to participate.|
|Dance and Movement Classes||Various||2 and up||Classes are offered in the Creative Movement Studio. Enrollment is required.|
