Crosstown 10K/5K

The Crosstown 10K/5K returns on January 24 with a fast and energetic course through the Crosstown community while supporting the compassionate, high-quality care provided by Church Health. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or building toward your first 5K, we invite you to join the movement for wellness.
Registration is $34.09 for the 5k and $44.79 for the 10k. The official registration link is now open!

January Wellness Month at Crosstown Concourse
Crosstown Concourse, Church Health, Church Health YMCA and Crosstown Arts are teaming up to help you kick off the new year with energy and purpose. Join us for a month of free wellness events every Saturday in January, all leading up to the Crosstown 10K/5K benefiting Church Health on January 24.
These events are Better Together, but you’re welcome to attend any or all of them.
Weekly Schedule
All events are free except for the Crosstown 10K/5K.
Location: Crosstown Concourse, Central Atrium & Crosstown Theater
11:00 AM – Group Exercise in the Central Atrium
12:00 PM – Lunch Break (enjoy Crosstown restaurants)
1:00 PM – Nutrition & Recipe Demo by the Church Health Nutrition Hub (Crosstown Theater)
1:30 PM – Feature Film or Documentary Screening

The race is the only event that requires registration and is not free. All proceeds support Church Health.

Build confidence and stay motivated with this beginner-friendly 8-week training plan inspired by Hal Higdon’s proven run/walk method. This schedule gradually increases mileage each week while keeping rest days in place to help prevent injury.

Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics has supported athletes across the Mid-South for over 115 years. Through the new Campbell Clinic Collection race series, they provide education on sports medicine, injury prevention, and recovery — including onsite Normatec recovery therapy for participants on race day.

Collector Medal Series
