Supply Delivery and Storage

We are glad to work with other vendors and rental companies of your preference. Arrangements for deliveries must be made through Randy Kostiuk (kostiukr@churchhealth.org). We have some storage space for linens, decorations and other supplies if needed. Supplies may be dropped off the day before an event if prearranged with Randy.

Alcohol

Church Health allows you to supply the alcohol for your event. Alcohol cannot be served to a person under the age of 21 for any reason. A licensed bartender, possessing a valid copy of his or her Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission Certification, must serve all alcohol.

Parking

All parking at Crosstown Concourse is free and open to the public. Please note that the parking between the building and the garage is designated for one-hour parking, and violators will be ticketed. Parking for those with disabilities is available in both the garage and on the flat top near marked walkways.

Cleanup and Breakdown

The lessee is responsible for the removal of all personal items. The spaces will be clean prior to your event and are expected to be clean upon your departure. Failure to leave the space in its original condition will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a hard end time of 10:00 p.m. for all events. This includes clean-up time, so event hosts should plan for their event to end by 9:00 p.m. in order to allow adequate time for clean up.

Catering

The Church Health Nutrition Hub is unable to provide any catering services at this time; however, we do allow you to use the caterer of your choice for your event. In keeping with Church Health’s mission to promote healthy bodies and spirit, we encourage you to provide healthy food options for your attendees.
