The Health Promotion Coordinator maintains Staff Health programming and recruitment. This involves many stages of program development, evaluation and delivery for wellness education programs specifically for Church Health Staff. The Health Promotion & Outreach Coordinator works to develop and implement staff programs that fit the culture of Church Health and are designed to improve the health status and overall workforce satisfaction of our participants.
The Health Advisory Team (HAT) Manager (MEMPHIS Plan/Clinical Administration) directly oversees the different pathways to care including: Church Health Medical Clinic, Urgent Care Clinic and Volunteer Doctor Community. This position is responsible for the direction and management of all aspects of the MEMPHIS Plan Health Advisory Team (HAT) including strategic planning, budgeting; sales, marketing, operating and financial activities.
The dental assistant’s overall purpose is to make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair, prepare them for treatment, and obtain dental records. Serves as a chair side assistant to the dentist and assumes responsibility for dental area, supplies, etc.
Church Health is currently seeking a full-time X-Ray Technician for its primary clinic. The X-Ray Technician Radiology’s overall purpose of this position is to take and develop x-ray films. Keep records of x-ray film and related records and assist in the care and maintenance of x-ray equipment.
Church Health is currently seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for its primary clinic. The Certified Medical Assistant will provide direct patient care by facilitating initial patient screening and assisting clinic physicians as needed.
The Patient Service Assistant (“PSA”) will provide front desk services and /or telephone assistance to patients coming to the clinic for health care.

The Church Health Community Engagement AmeriCorps VISTA team develops outreach programming revolving around the Model for Healthy Living and the various services offered to the community.
