The Human Resource Analyst will compile, analyze, and present HR Data and metrics, prepare reports, present findings, analyze patterns and trends, and make recommendations based on results and compliance with employment laws. The HR Analyst will assist with data maintenance and input within the HRIS System.
The Manager of Quality is responsible for reaching strategic goals in efficacy for Church Health and the integrated health department through means of quality and process improvement, data-based decision making, and health outcome measurement. While in this role, they are also in charge of analyzing and reporting on metrics, as assigned in integrated health while also serving as a resource to other CH departments on these metrics. They will also facilitate research collaborations through, connecting interested external parties with correct CH knowledge or process experts, navigating CH systems to pull accurate data necessary for publication, assisting in study or intervention design that is beneficial and manageable with CH resources and processes and any other tasks to further research or publication efforts.
Church Health Dental is looking for an energetic and motivated General Dentist who thrives on high quality dentistry while developing trusting and respectful relationships with their patients. We are searching for someone who is mission-minded, humble, a team player, and wishes to provide top notch dentistry to those who need it most, while recognizing the challenges and intricacies that come with treating dental disease in our community. The overall purpose of the General Dentist position is to provide patient care in diagnosing, preventing, and treating problems concerning oral health. This position must also monitor clinical treatment and care provided by dental hygienists and dental assistants.
The overall purpose of the Accounting Coordinator is to support finance operations by performing essential accounting duties. This includes accounts payable, month-end closing, accounts receivable support, as well as assisting with other accounting functions as assigned.
The overall purpose of the Manager of Specialty Care and Diagnostic Services is to oversee the daily operations of all Church Health and Memphis Plan referrals and available referral resources. This includes the management of referrals staff, referral workflow, volunteer provider relationships, and volunteer recruitment. Be the main contact for Volunteer specialist, medical practice offices and hospital relationships. Ensure these relationships remain in place via good communication, strategy and utilization of data to maximize efficiency.
The overall purpose of the Development Director is to successfully raise funds and to meet fundraising goals. This position also develops strategies for communicating/sharing Church Health’s mission and vision, and to lead/provide direction in the development of venues, materials, media opportunities and other resources that will promote our mission. The Development Director will oversee donor stewardship and the growth of recurring giving, legacy, and corporate/foundation gifts via direct mail, email, and event strategies as well.
The Team Teacher (Certified)-Perea Preschool overall purpose of this position is to provide quality care and education to preschool children as part of our community partnership with Shelby County Schools in accordance with the Developmentally Appropriate Guidelines established by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Tennessee State Department of Human Services.
Church Health is currently seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for its primary clinic. The Certified Medical Assistant will provide direct patient care by facilitating initial patient screening and assisting clinic physicians as needed.
The Patient Service Assistant (“PSA”) will provide front desk services and /or telephone assistance to patients coming to the clinic for health care.
The Human Resource Generalist overseeing Employee Experience Programs is responsible for managing the organization’s Salary Administration, Employee Performance and cross-cultural relations efforts and programs. The HR Generalist will partner in developing and delivering organizational training and recognition programs, including staff events.

The Church Health Scholars program is a one-year, service learning fellowship for recent four-year college graduates interested in serving underserved populations and exploring the intersection of faith and health.
The Church Health Community Engagement AmeriCorps VISTA team develops outreach programming revolving around the Model for Healthy Living and the various services offered to the community.
