Free cooking classes for children ages 6+ and their families
Join us for free, hands-on cooking classes on select dates at The Well at Church Health. Designed for children ages 6+ and their families, this four-session course, based on the Mediterranean diet, is a great way to learn healthy cooking together.
Cook Well, Be Well for Children & Families is the perfect class for all levels of cooks who want to:
- Learn healthy cooking skills
- Experiment with new flavors and healthy cooking techniques
- Childcare is provided for children under 6 years old.
