Cook Well, Be Well for Children & Families
Free cooking classes for children ages 6+ and their families
Join us for free, hands-on cooking classes on select Saturdays starting March 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at The Well at Church Health. Designed for children ages 6+ and their families, this four-session course, based on the Mediterranean diet, is a great way to learn healthy cooking together. (Attendance at all four sessions is required.)
Cook Well, Be Well for Children & Families is the perfect class for all levels of cooks who want to:
- Learn healthy cooking skills
- Experiment with new flavors and healthy cooking techniques
- Childcare is provided for children under 6 years old.

Before you are enrolled in Cook Well, Be Well for Children & Families cooking class series we ask that you fill out and submit the registration form to help our instructors better prepare for the class.
Please note that to participate you must be able to attend all 4 sessions
