Your portal gives you 24 hour online access to your health information. Once logged in you can:
- Make or cancel appointments
- Receive appointment reminders via email
- Request prescription refills
- Communicate with our staff
- View lab results
- View medical records
- Make payments

Obtaining Your Records
As an established patient, some of your records, such as your current medication list or visit summaries, can be found on your Patient Portal. Otherwise, you must come in person to fill out and sign a release of records form stating that you give permission to send out records. Once this form is completed, most records requests are usually handled within 7–10 business days.
