Physical Activity & Exercise Calendar
A variety of physical activity and exercise options

Child Assessments | Show up anytime during the open hours of The Well to participate. | 4-12 years | An activity where children’s weight, height and activity level are measured. This is part of Plan to Get Healthy. |
Group Games | Thursdays @ 5:00 p.m. | 6-12 years | Age-appropriate structured and unstructured physical activities |
Mini Circuit | TBD | 2-5 years | A multi-station workout that focuses on gross motor skill development |
Movin’ & Groovin’ | Tuesdays @ 4:00 p.m. | 6-12 years | A high-energy movement class designed to promote children’s heart health and creativity |
Yoga for Children | Wednesdays @ 4:00 p.m. | 4-12 years | Exercise designed to increase flexibility, strength, self-esteem and positive body image |
Healthy Heart | Thursdays @ 10 a.m. | 2-5 years | A fun class where children learn about heart health and physical activity. |
Track Time | Thursdays @ 4:00 p.m. | 6-12 years | A walk and talk class where children can “track” their progress toward goals with staff and peers |
Personal Best Night | TBD | 6-12 years | A monthly fun-filled evening that promotes the importance of physical activity. Show up anytime to participate. |
Dance and Movement Classes | Various | 2 and up | Classes are offered in the Creative Movement Studio. Enrollment is required. |
