The historic studio on Lauderdale, which produced hits by Al Green, Ann Peeples, Bobby Blue Bland, Bruno Mars, and many more, is full of history and stories. This exclusive private tour with Boo Mitchell, current studio head and son of founder Willie Mitchell, will have your friends clamoring to come along. Wines provided by event committee.

Down on the Farm with Jenny & Rob Carter
Enjoy dinner and wines at Jenny and Rob’s Sleepy Creek Farm in Boliver, TN. Rob Carter will take a break from his day job at FedEx to cook for this group. Winner can design the menu - anything from ribs to fish. Great wines from the Carters’ cellar and fantastic cult bourbons. Group can decide what activities to do - options include trout or bass fishing, skeet shooting and other shooting sports. Shuttle bus from Memphis and back provided. Mutually agreed upon date for all, not available in March.

The teenage project of John Fry, Fred Smith and John King, this recording studio on Madison grew up to be a major influence in Memphis music and beyond. Recording artists include Big Star, ZZ Top, the Gin Blossoms and U2. Take the tour with Big Star drummer and studio engineer Jody Stephens to see where the magic happens. Wine dinner on April 16 at Erling Jensen
Imagine a dinner unequaled in Paris served with wines the French would envy. Join Elizabeth and David Tate at 6:30 p.m. on April 16 for an unforgettable dinner. Eight couples will enjoy an masterful five-course meal including foie gras, fish, bird, game meat, topped off with cheeses from Paris side-by-side with a special Erling dessert creation. But the main course is the WINES. Vintage Champagne in Magnum, Grand Cru White Burgundy, three rare reds including an '82 Cheval Blanc from Bordeaux, Harlan, and another California cult wine. Cheeses and desserts will be paired with 1983 Chateau Y’Quem. The wines alone are valued at $8-10,000, based on recent auctions.

Gather with seven of your friends at the beautiful home of Donna and Mike Glenn in Eads for an amazing evening. The date will be scheduled later. Cocktails and charcuterie will start at 6:00 or 6:30 for a sunset view on the patio. Dinner will be served in the wine cellar. Donna and Mike can join your party if you choose. Chef will prepare the menu to specifically pair with the featured wines. (The chef will be selected based on availability.)

Marne and Charles will serve an Italian dinner at Burnett House, their 70-acre farm in Moscow, TN. The home was built in 1866 and is on the National Registry of Historic Homes. Marne are Charles are both certified sommeliers who will serve some of their favorite Italian wines including Barolos, Brunellos and Super Tuscans. Mutually agreed upon menu, date and shuttle bus from Memphis and back provided.
